Degree in Philosophy of Music at the Firenze and Siena University. He has been composing for music ensembles, theatre, television and radio since the early 90’s, when he was among the founders of the Timet team, a network of professionals investigating compositional and performative techniques for a non-linear music and sound architecture.
In 2003 he founded Giardino Sonoro, a multi-disciplinary team of designers and professionals, starting carrying out around Europe site-specific and landscape installations, developing acoustic and luminous modules prototypes, investigating the implications of dynamic and immersive sound design, creating unique sound spatial experiences within public and private spaces.
Brusci has been a guest speaker and visiting professor at various schools, workshops and institutions including among others University of Siena, University of Florence, Chelsea College of Art and Design in London, The Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) and Milan Politecnico in Milan, the Architecture Triennale in Krakow, the Venice Biennale of Music, the Attakkalari Biennal master classes in Bangalore, the Philips NatLab at Baltan Lab in Eindhoven.
